This software and its source code, design, database schema, and documentation (the "Software") are the proprietary work of Alex DeBuhr and are protected by copyright law. The Software is made available for use only through the hosted service operated by the copyright holder, and only by users who have been granted access.

You may not, without prior written permission from the copyright holder:

1. copy, reproduce, or redistribute the Software or any part of it;
2. modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from it;
3. reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of it, except to the limited extent that applicable law expressly permits despite this term;
4. sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer rights to it;
5. remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice;
6. use it, or any part of it, to build or train a competing product or service.

Viewing the Software's client-side code as delivered by a web browser in the ordinary course of using the hosted service is permitted. That permission does not grant any right to copy, reuse, or republish it.

No license is granted to any trademark, logo, team mark, or institutional branding of any university or athletics department. Those remain the property of their respective owners.
